WhatsApp enquiries
Our booking forms do not store your details on this website. They open WhatsApp with your message filled in; you decide whether to send it. Messages you send are handled in WhatsApp and used only to answer your enquiry and organise your tour.
Visit source (reference code)
To understand which channels bring guests to us, your browser stores a short reference code (for example the website or campaign you came from) for 30 days. It is added to the WhatsApp message as a “Ref” line. It contains no personal information and you can remove it from the message before sending.
Reviews written on this website
When you write a review we store your name, country, email address, rating, review text and any photos you upload. Your name, country, review and photos may be published after approval; your email address is never published and is used only to confirm that the review is genuine. Unconfirmed reviews are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Statistics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks on WhatsApp buttons. Google may set cookies for this purpose.
