How to book
Send us a message on WhatsApp (or use the “Check availability” button on any tour). We confirm availability, the route and the final price per car before your booking is confirmed.
Payment
No deposit is needed to reserve. You pay your driver on the day, in cash (IDR).
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the day to other guests.
Changes on the day
Your tour is private, so you can change the order of stops or skip a stop. Changes that add a lot of driving time may extend the day.
Duration and overtime
Private driver bookings are for 10 hours. Extra hours are possible on request – ask us for the overtime rate.
What is included
- Private air-conditioned car with an English-speaking driver
- Fuel and parking fees
- Bottled mineral water
- Hotel pickup and drop-off in the main tourist areas (remote areas may have a surcharge)
Entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise in the tour.

Please tell us the number and age of children and how much luggage you have, so we can send the right car.
